I am not able to access my regular to-do list. Please let me know how I can access to-do's from Apple Watch.

I started using Apple Watch SE a couple of months ago and found Toodledo app shows only "Hotlist" in grey at top left, "present time" at top right, and "Great job Hotlist empty" in the middle of the watch screen. I am not able to access my regular to-do list. Please let me know how I can access to-do's from Apple Watch.
