In an effort to keep it simple and maybe more organized. Instead of many different tasks for a client, does anyone use 1 Toodledo "Task" for 1 client and have all of the jobs/tasks for that client in the notes. When a job/task is completed build a proper "Task" for it as completed and work on the others. Set the priority as per the next most important job/task for that client.
Thoughts? Pros and cons? |
