Hi Aaron,
Thanks for the suggestion. This is currently not possible, but we'll definitely consider it for the future. However, we can't comment on time frames. Thanks again! |

Is there a way to have a list item be deleted after it's checked? You can use filters to have it hidden from your list after it is checked off, but not deleted. |

Posted Mar 01, 2018 in: Today's Tip: View Date Added, Completed or Modified.
Score: 2
Did you know that you can view the date a task was added, completed or modified? You can even add a column on your task list for these!
Simply choose Date Added, Completed or Modified as any of your three sort options and these columns will automatically appear on your to-do list. To view Date Added/Completed without adding a column, click on the action button the to left of the task title and you'll see the info towards the bottom of the pop-up box. Have a tip idea for us? You can attach files when using Toodledo from your iOS browser. Implementing this in the iOS app is planned for the future, but we don't have an ETA, sorry.

Posted Jan 22, 2018 in: Today's Tip: Multiple Alarms for Tasks
Score: 4
Here is a great work around for receiving multiple alarms for one task. Create a task (Task A ) with multiple subtasks labeled "Task A alarm 1", "Task A alarm 2" etc. and then set each subtask with its own due date/time and alarm.

Posted Jan 11, 2018 in: Task in Multiple Folders
Score: 0
Hello,
You can clone the task in the Action menu and then change the folder of the cloned task. It's not possible to have two folders per task. You can use Bulk-edit to delete/completed them at the same time, but it would probably be easier to delete/completed individually since it's just two. Please let us know if you have any other questions. |

Hi,
Once you type in /today or /events, you need to press the "return" key to select the date or the "Events" folder. Before adding the task, the due date and folder, along with any other smart options, should have turned blue. This message was edited Oct 20, 2017. |

Hello,
Batch-edit is currently the only option. If you sort by due-date and then close the dividers for all the other dates that you would not like to edit, then you will be able to batch-edit only the visible tasks. Hope that helps. |
