Is there any way I can talk to a real person? I go down these rabbit holes every so often with the system changing and don't know what I've done or how to get back out of the hole. Right now, all my categories are showing up as collapsed and based on due dates. Don't know who that happened.

I organize by context. Somehow the context list started to collapse by date. How do I change the date listing primacy and keep the contexts from collapsing.
