I have installed the Office 2003 PIA as suggested and I have disabled all firewall and security processes. I have also disabled or uninstalled other programs that "successfully" sync with outlook. Then reboot and reinstall and still get this error. It seems that quite a few other people have also received this error. Please advise as to what else to try to resolve this issue. SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : OutlookProxy:initialize() initialization error Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 8007007e. at OutlookClientLib.OutlookProxy.initialize() SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: Could not initialize outlook proxy at OutlookClientLib.OutlookProxy.initialize() at OutlookClientLib.OutlookProxy.initializeInstance() at SynchLib.SyncTool.synchronizeTasks() at SyncApp.frmMain.performSync() Thanks, Dawn
