Well, it seems they don't use their own software to actually do things, as the problem is still here. There is no way not only to indent subtasks, but even group them and keep with the parent task. Any suggestions?

I searched the forums and found that this question goes back to at least 2011 when it was on a to-do list for Toodledo team.
