Create a search with something like:
"Checked Off" "No" And "Folder" "is" "(name of folder)" Or "Folder" "is" "(name of folder2)" etc... Then save a copy of the search to get back to it quickly. |

Then on the repeat pick: From Due Date Every 1 year On 1st Sunday |

I keep seeing duplicate tasks appear when I look at completed tasks. This has been happening for a while and I just delete the duplicates. But it concerns me. I use the completed tasks as a source for timesheet entries and it makes me wonder what else might be happening.
I will add that I only use the website version of Toodledo - not the app. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks! This message was edited Nov 19, 2023. |
