Hi - I am using firefox 3.6.13 and am experiencing the problem as described by many people in the summer/fall. If I change anything the system hangs for as long as 20 seconds before recovering. Firefox says "not responding" at the top of the browser. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and it's still doing it. I downloaded chrome and tried it there and there was no problem. But I want to use firefox, not chrome, and need to figure this out.
the plug ins i am using: - toodle do - evernote web clipper - roboform. I had not experienced this problem until about one month ago. Would it help things to download firefox 4.0 beta? I am a 7 day trial pro user hoping to convert, but unsure based on this issue. |
