I'm a gold subscriber. At the moment I can see first that you are doubling the cost and your plans are not so exciting to justify this increase of the cost. I agree to focus on task management but I already didn't use lists and outcomes.
What about the Notes? Are they part of the task management group? My two cents |

Is there a way to assign at one task more than one context?
I.e. Send the e-mail to.... @work, @computer Thanks in advance |

Thank you Purveyor! :-)
I already set the new tasks. If could be helpful for others, I understood that the link I saved in my toolbar to browse to toodledo, unfortunately point to the old task view! So follow the recommendation of Purveyor but remember to change the link properties as well if you arrive to toodledo via link |

Hi!
Do you think please is there a way to add in the Searches a new selection to see all the Overdue and Today(the expression today I mean) Due Date tasks grouped by Contexts? |

How many sort could I organize? I mean I saw that each view has its own sort function. Can you please confirm if I choose task view i could have some kind of sort different from the one of the due dates for example?

I agree. It wasn't intuitive at least for me! But I know now

I just started to use Siri to add tasks in toodledo. Great shortcut! Anyway, even if I choose to use medium priority as the preference, Siri add the task as a low priority task. Is there anything else to do to use the preference?
Thank you in advance |

I found another practical solution:
, complementary to your points task of the day every hour task pending in this week to decide when calendarize, once per day task pending in the next future to decide which week to be calendarized, once per week. This message was edited May 27, 2015. |

Hi Salgud!
Thanks for your reply. Actually I'm trying to adapt TD to a CRM. I organized a folder called Sales (what a fantasy I had! ;-)) then I built several contexts as the steps I require, to build a funnel. i.e. Do I need to approach him? @Approach Do I need to remind to follow-up @follow-up Then I used the note of each task to fill into my notes, informations about. Then I use as well priorities to put up or down depending what I decide and I use the technique of the start date as Linenberger teach to decide when I like to do a task and see the different horizons (high today in the calendar, medium this week, low next days, negative for customer I'd like to take in consideration in the future) What do you think about my idea? About the sales tracking which is for you a more comfortable solution? |

Is there here any salesman who use toodledo to manage the sales pipeline? How do you collect the next actions you need for each potential?

I'm using basically a mix between GTD and the Linenberger method. So every day I have some task I choose to achieve. Just curious about you. When do you consult your list? When you wake-up? After the breakfast?

Is there the possibility to pop up on the laptop a selected list of things to do.
I give you an example. I choose 6 things to do right now at the PC. I put in this window that stays always up on whatever change of screen so to stay more focus? |

Michael Linenberger's MYN method (a variant of GTD).... the new "official" app does not match up Mee too I use the Linenberger methodology. I come from GotToDo, then I migrate to UTL but now I'm using the Toodledo official app on Android and it work properly. Also Linenberger confirmed it work in his blog. |

I started with Go TO Do, then I moved to Ultimate To Do. I was waiting this app and I started to use your Toodledo app.
It has all the basic main characteristic and it works pretty well. I trust in you and in the improvement you will do and this is why I decided to baker as well! |
