I've been using this bookmarklet consistently for months. Just used it multiple times, this morning. Occasionally, I've found that it doesn't work on certain emails, but I believe that is due to bad formatting in the email. For me, it works almost all of the time.

I use the Length and Duration items extensively. Everything has an estimated length, and I often use the timer feature to store my durations. This helps me learn from what I'm doing to better estimate my time.
It would be wonderful if I could get a subtotal of the Estimated Length by sort. I use the Importance calculation to schedule my day, but I have to manually add-up the estimated length for the grouping. The overall calculation is great if I'm looking by project or a specific tag, but it doesn't help me effectively plan my day to get the most important things done. Thanks! |
