Option 2. Email tasks to Toodledo
Great for power users. Categorize and add tags, folders, due dates, priorities and more straight from the email subject line. When you forward the email, the email body is automatically added as a task note.

If you want to add tasks even faster from a computer, enable keyboard shortcuts. Once turned on, you can hit “n” to add a task. (P.S., there are a lot more shortcuts, too!)
If you want to add tasks from anywhere, it’s hard to beat the ability to simply speak. We’re happy to say that Toodledo supports Alexa via IFTTT.
To get started, you’ll need an IFTTT account. Once registered, you can have Alexa add a Toodledo task whenever you say "Alexa, add _______ to my to-do list".
