So...newer user, really liking toodledo, single user. And I see the thread requesting true (more than one person can view/work the same list) sharing has been open a while, so I'll leave that alone.
But one other suggestion: When you reassign a task from one user to another, it drops the folder, goal, etc. Would be nice if you could either have shared goals and such -- or in a UI/code simple fashion without all the edge cases, just say that if a goal/folder/etc of the same name exists in the other users account, then reassign goal/folder to the match (and not null). Simple & easy. Annoying to reassign a task with a folder and goal we both have, just to have to reset it... Oh, and another +1 here for true sharing of the same lists. Would make planning things like weddings and trips worthwhile, but its just too fragmented to bother with the split lists. |

Yes, we are trying to find a way to not lose the custom list assignments (folder, context, goal, location)
