I have started using this product in March and when I checked my completed tasks for that month and also for early April they are missing. I am familiar with the set up and have changed my settings so history is there for six months so I think there might be a software glitch. Is there anything on this?

If you have a free account, then your history is limited to 1 week. By upgrading to a Pro account, you'll unlock your history back to the 6 month limit set in your preferences.
