How to see Hotlist view on Browser

I am a toodledo user both on my Mac with Safari and my iPhone. although i see the hotlist view on my iphone, i do not see how to view it on my browser.

To access your hotlist from this website, click on "To-Do List" in the sidebar. Then at the top, click "Main" to go to the main view (you may already be on this view). Then click the "Hotlist" tab.
