troubleshooting tips for Outlook/iphone sync

I've set up Toodledo to integrate with my Outlook tasks and my iphone.

It was working fine for over a year. About a month ago, it stopped working -- tasks I change in Outlook are no longer updating on the web app or my iphone.

Nothing has changed that I know of from my end.

I looked in the FAQ and didn't see a list of troubleshooting tips. Is there a list somewhere?

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
