Could someone explain the use of permanent link and possibly point me to the Help section that may explain them

Permanent links are a way for you to get a web link, or url for a single task. This could be used so you can reference a single task outside of Toodledo. You may want to bookmark it, or email it, or paste it into a document. Clicking on the permanent link will always take you directly to that task.
