What is the best way to put my todos on both my iPad and iPhone. They do not seem to match? Thanks

All you need to do is have both devices sync with the same Toodledo account and make sure that they are both set to "sync on start" and "sync on edit". If things appear to be out of sync, then it may be that the filters are set differently, causing different tasks to be hidden.
