Subtasks exist?

Has the subtasks feature been discontinued or am I doing something wrong? I upgraded and I read the help section but I cannot see any of the things like "hand" or the "nest subtasks" filter anywhere.

Never mind. I figured it out. It would be handy if the help section mentioned that you need to go to the account settings, edit fields, and check subtasks.
