Delete 1 instance of repeating task

Hi,

Is there a way to just delete one instance of a repeating task? I don't want to check it as complete b/c I am trying to keep a record of how often I actually did something. But when I delete the task, all future repeating tasks are deleted as well.

There is not a simple way to delete one instance. The quickest way would be to find the repeating task that you want to delete and manually move the due-date forward to the next occurrence.
