I regularly email in tasks that end up in No Folder, but I then want to organize them as sub-tasks under tasks that I use to track projects, that exist in a folder called Projects.
What is the best way to do this without having to go show All Tasks and sort through the pile?

You could make a saved search that matches tasks in the "Projects" OR "No Folder" folders. I think that will work well.
