I know the question has been asked before. I have tried to wrap my brain around these hotlist settings and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the hotlist to display what I request. Like right now I have a minimum of medium priority and in the 1 day and I get more than 125 items as far out as 3 years from now along with Low priority tasks. There has got to be a bug that I am not aware of. Please help me out, Toodledo, as this is the only thing which drives me crazy about Toodledo.

The thing that is tripping you up is that its an OR not an AND. So you have your hotlist to be all tasks with a "medium priority OR due in the next day".
In other words you will get tasks with a medium priority even if they are due far in the future, and you will get tasks with a low priority if they are due within the next day. http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=1 Hope that helps. |
