Sync with iTouch

Assume my computer is on the internet and open to the Toodledo web page. Is there a way to sync with the iTouch like I sync my calendar with Outlook using the iTouch USB cable or do I have to use a wireless connection to the internet? I purchased the iTouch addon through the App Store.

Assuming that by "iTouch addon" you mean the Toodledo iPhone/iPod application (or the Appigo Todo application), then the only way you can sync Toodledo with your iPod Touch is through your wireless internet connection. (The Toodledo web page does not have to be open to do this.)
