Creating a SAVED VIEW

I would like to be able to create a view complete with Filters, sorting etc and SAVE that as a VIEW that can be recalled.
Right now I am limited to 1 view and I want to have 4 or 5 unique views I can have open in 4-5 browsers tabs but doing it manually is tiring.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.
