I would like to view my task with the columns in a select order. The HELP section says to use the reorder and resize ICON to accomplish this. What view and where should I find this ICON to complete reformatting of columns?

The icon is in the column headers at the top of the list on the far right side. If your window is small, you may need to scroll horizontally to find it.
