I have been using Toodledo since last week after importing all my data from outlook and I am quite impressed with the overall functions that Toodledo provided.
I have a question about displaying notes in the task windows. It seems you have to click on each individual notes icon to show the notes. I have notes for almost every single task, and I have hundred of tasks. Is there a function that I can display all the notes on the main page without having to click on them individually? As I would like to use this function for printing out all the overdue tasks and the notes under them. Thanks in advance. This message was edited Apr 17, 2012. |

Yes, you can do this.
There is an icon on the blue toolbar at the top of your task list that looks like a document page. Click on that icon and all of your notes will be displayed. Click it again and they will close. |

... and if you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, "z" will toggle notes as well.
