Overriding Outlook Permissions

I have set Outlook up to automatically sync with Toodledo through the Outlook Sync program. However, every time it syncs, Outlook asks for permission to allow access. I can't be going through this all the time - anyone know how to reduce restictions or allow permanent access to Toddledo? TIA.
