Can't Sync Outlook Tasks with iPhone

I'm successfully syncing my laptop's (WinXP) Outlook Tasks via gSyncIt with www.Toodledo.com, and with my iPad2's Toodledo app. But in my iPhone4's Toodledo app -- no Outlook tasks appear. The Sync log shows a mere 108 bytes sent and 786 bytes received, so it's clearly not working. What's wrong? --thanks, David
