I am sure the information is somewhere in the help section or this forum, but there is so much info to search through that I gave up. I am trying out Toodledo (so I am new) to see if it works well for me (and my GTD).
Here is my question: I have tasks in my folder "today" and when I complete a task I click the check-box. Not only do those completed tasks still stay in the today-folder, but the checked check-box doesn't stay checked. Therefore my task list is cluttered with all the completed tasks (that appear uncompleted). What do I do wrong? Thank you in advance for your help! |

As long as you stay on the same page, tasks that have been checked off stay visible as long as the page isn't refreshed. After a refresh, or after having been in a different folder, the tasks should have disappeared.
What are the other properties of those tasks (due, start-date, recurrency....) that don't disappear? |

It sounds like you need to adjust the filters. Click the "Show" button and uncheck "completed tasks". This will cause completed tasks to be hidden.
