Can you drag tasks that have been created in one folder into a different one?

I don't know (don't think so?) but in case you didn't know, you can easily re-file a task by clicking on the folder cell in its display, the name of the current folder will turn to a pulldown menu listing your other folders.

You can't drag and drop a task between folders, however you can just click the folder name to edit it, like frossie explained.
You can drag and drop subtasks between tasks. |
