Due in future....

I keep a lot of tasks that repeat once a month in the list. It's really not useful having them in my face all the time. Could you consider for the future....
1) Hide Tasks due more than 1 week in the future. 2) Add a "lead time" field as a task field. Which would basically be; don't show until (DueDate - LeadTime) yes that's the same a start date but it make more sense for repeating events to think of it as LeadTime and it's simpler to keep straight in the interface. |

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, we plan to do something like this in the future.

While I agree, I did come up with a work around by creating a context called recurring. This holds all my reating tasks, which I review by due date in the Morning, and anything that I want to "have in my face," I change the context to Active.
During the day I work only from my Active context, which includes only face hitting tasks. |
