iPhone sync directions

I'm using Todo 1.6.1 on my iphone.
How do i set the sync direction so that the iPhone over-writes the tasks in toodledo. i.e. I just synced after a few days and many tasks that i had marked as "Done" on my iphone are back on the device as not completed. I need whatever tasks that i add/delete/complete to be duplicated in Toodledo exactly as i have it on my iphone.
