I am frustrated by the regenerating tasks next to checked off tasks on the mobile version. How can these tasks be auto sorted down the list.

You just need to refresh the list to cause the repeating tasks to go to their proper place. We intentionally put the regenerated tasks next to their checked off counterpart so that you can see that the task was rescheduled and make any edits to the new version.
