Just wondering if there is ability to colour code tasks.... I collaborate with my PA and when I adding new tasks she has asked if there is some way to highlight them so she doesn't have to read through all to find the new ones. Colours would be a quick alert?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we do not comment on timeframes for implementation.

Ok thx....what about an alert or alarm or ....? that would bring it to her attention when a new task is added?

Star them?

My new tasks that I email in, are automatically starred, so I can check them.

I guess the other most obvious option, if you're already using Stars, would be to Tag them.

Salgud has the best option. Another you could use is contexts in an unconventional way.

I haven't used the collaboration tools in years, but I thought there was a way to assign tasks?

Star is good thanks for that....

Yes they are "assigned" to her but wanted a visual indication as to what the new ones are.
