Is there any way to customize toodledo to work like Franklin Covey's task management format? (ABC 123)

You could use tags, or you could repurpose Contexts or Goals if you arent not using one of those fields.

Indeed. What I do is use tags. I am former Day-Timer user and A1,A2 etc are my way of working.
