Some years ago i've asked for a way to automagically backup all data every xx days.
Was answered that it in the future this feature would be implemented.
It's now available ?
If not, it will be ?

Is the raw data backed-up for everyone on the main server?

We certainly make backups that we can use for emergencies, but it is not possible to extract one user's data out of these backups and restore one account. If you want to restore your account, then please make your own backups.
