Plugin warning in Chrome: No Plugins!

I've disable all Chrome extensions, closed all Chrome browsers, reopened Chrome to run toodledo, and am still getting the plugin warning. Further, toodledo is running erratically (mouse over movements don't get a response quickly, editing notes is very slow).
I'm on Windows 7. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you still have a plugin installed. If you don't see it in the plugin page, its possible that your computer has a virus or some other malware that is causing Chrome to behave improperly.
