Where does the toodle app gets it's folder order on home page?

I can't seem to find where the order listing for the folders on the home page is coming from. They don't match up with my manual listing order. They are not in order by folders containing the most tasks. Neither are they alphabetical. If I can select which ones will show up without hitting 'more' that would be great. Just don't see any thing that causes the order they have.

Sorry... misspelled the app name in subject title. Toodle is the contact name I use because I can't get Siri to understand toodledo. lol

The list of 5 folders on the iOS home page is the 5 most recently used folders in order of when you last used them. To see all folders just tap "more".
