Upgrading Mistake, Need Help

I wanted to upgrade my subscription to Pro Plus, I clicked on upgrade and apparently went into auto-pilot and did not realize that it extended my Pro account a year, that is not what I wanted. I created two support tickets online and sent an email to the address Pay Pal had listed and no one has responded, not even an automated response. Does anyone know how to contact these guys, I really want the account upgraded to ProPlus and am really bummed that I am unable to contact anyone.

I usually get a response pretty quickly by creating a support ticket. If you submitted it over the weekend, then I would expect you'll get a response today. I doubt they work weekends.

Hi tamara, We just responded to both of your tickets. We try to answer our tickets within 1 business day, sometimes it takes us 2 if there are a lot. We don't work on the weekends.
