Does Apple allow you to use their newly designed horizontal keyboard and predicative text bar?

The predictive portion showed up yesterday after the iOS 8.1 update--but not the expanded horizontal keyboard with cursor arrows, comma, undo, etc. Any chance of you using the newer keyboard?

To my knowledge, Toodledo does not have control over what keyboard you use. Thats part of the operating system. But I will look into it.
