I tried this both with Quick Search and advanced Search and cannot figure it out:
I have a task titled:
Best Authentic Ideas Podcast
I couldn't remember what it was called, so I searched:
best ideas podcast
...and nothing came up. (Of course finally I remembered.)
Is it true that toodledo's search cannot find a phrase unless the words are sequenced exactly?

Toodledo searches for the text string you enter. In your example, "ideas podcast" should find the task. And, unless it would produce too many hits to be useful, searching for just "ideas" or "podcast" might work.
