Just used it multiple times, this morning. Occasionally, I've found that it doesn't work on certain emails, but I believe that is due to bad formatting in the email. For me, it works almost all of the time. Specs: Mac with Yosemite; Google Chrome Version 40.0.2214.111 (64-bit)
