I have a gold subscription and use this on my computer, iPhone and iPad with no problems. I want to download the app to my new iPad mini, but it insists I pay for the app. Any ideas?

If you use the same Apple ID you should be able to download the app on all your devices, only paying once. Please contact Apple if you are having trouble with this, since we can't control the App Store.
