Is there a way to default it so the tasks are not collapsed? Often it will say I have a task, but when I click it the task count string disappears and there are no tasks. Thanks

Are you referring to subtasks or the view of all tasks? Because if I understand you correctly, you could switch to column view. Column view is one of the options in the header.
I do this quite often if I'm editing tasks quickly. Keep in mind, though, that tasks can be bulk edited through the search functionality. But do that with caution as it changes all tasks that the query returned. |
