Hello. Is the following possible? And if so, how?
I need to document my phone calls with each of my clients AND the record what we talked about.
I need to be able to sort them by date.
And then, be able to pull up the call history of a particular client (and possibly print all notes of all conversations.
I guess I could create a folders called "John Doe Notes", "Sue Jones Notes".......and then pull up all notes by folder? Is there a better way?

That sounds like a fine way. You could also use our "Lists" section and make a row for each call with the date, time and client name and then use a "note" column to contain the details of each call.
