I can't print "Lists" (not task lists). When I try, the column with the items in a List is so narrow that I can't see the entire List item. Again, I'm not talking about a task list...but rather "Lists". What's up with that? Thanks.

I was not able to reproduce this. Could you please create a support ticket and attach a screenshot or PDF print of the page that is printing incorrectly so that we can see the too-narrow column and figure out what is going wrong?
