How to VIew Completed Tasks?

Let's say I need to find out when I completed a particular task in the past.
1. Do I do that in Tools/Settings/Alarm Activity, or is there a more direct way? 2. Can I assume that with my $15/yr subscription those tasks will hang around for two years? 3. That table has Task, Sent to, and Date columns. Does "Date" refer to the Completion Date/Time? Thanks, Al |

The easiaest way really is by using a Search. The criteria can be as easy as: Date Completed -> Exists Then when all tasks appear, simply sort by Date Completed - and Voilá These tasks, with the Silver Subscription ($15), stay around for the 2 years (I can see tasks with this search that are from 2009). The "Alarm Activity" page shows when alarms where sent for certain tasks. This is different from when you completed the task. Alex had the right answer for how to find completed tasks.
If you become a subscriber, you can choose to keep your old completed tasks longer (up to 2 years), but you have to select this option in your account settings. |

I'd really like to be able to take the data from the
"Date Completed --> Exists" then Sort by: Task Name and do something with it, so I can basically figure out the frequency of task completion. Any thoughts on this? Calendar..? |

Have you taken a look at the Toodledo Statistics? https://www.toodledo.com/tools/stats.php. The line graph might do what you want: https://www.toodledo.com/tools/stats/line.php Also, you can export your completed tasks at https://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_csv.php and then view them in Excel or Google Sheets. You could then analyze completed tasks. BTW, I search for completed tasks by using "Checked Off = Yes" instead of "Date Completed Exists". Not sure if there's any difference in the output but it is more intuitive for me. |
