Avatar dropdown > clicking X makes "Win..." disappear > leave dropdown and return: "Win..." is there again! A user's natural presumption is that clicking the X will make it be gone for good. No?

Clicking the X will make the notice go away for the current login. If you sign out and then back in again, the notices will return. In the future we will make this so that Toodledo remembers which notices you hide even if you sign out and back in again.
