I have about 30 folders in Toodledo.
I think that way when I am dumbing my mind of my TODO's. I have some folders that are for work and I need to seem them only. I have other folder that are personal. Sometimes I need to see a list of tasks folders for work but no personal. Say 5 folders. I will then need to prioritize that list. At other times I need to see a list of tasks from folders for personal. Say 10 folders. I will then need to prioritize that list. Finally I will need to see all of the above 15 folders from personal and work but no others in a prioritized list. I use Informant with Toodledo on my android but would much prefer it thru Toodledo. |

I'm not referring to saved searches, but that is actually another good way to single out tasks by folder. You can also set contexts for personal and work tasks, then show/hide them using your filters.
