The use of special syntax in email importing

Hello guys,
I would like to launch this discussion here in the forum to be able to evaluate what is the predominant feeling regarding email importing.
Upfront: I have a big problem with email importing, because although it is a useful and wonderful thing, my emails keep getting truncated due to the special syntax and I would like to turn special syntax off.
I follow GTD and my emails go out of my inbox simply by forwarding them to Toodledo and then only at the end of the day they get processed. Because I simply Ctr+Shift+1 in Outlook for a rule to forward them to Toodledo automatically, then I don't remove special characters and they go kaput with the special syntax.
I know I should simply adapt my workflow, but I decided to ask here what do most people think.
All the best
Alex

We are looking into ways to improve this. Most likely we will make a switch in your account settings to use the special syntax or not.
