Is there a way to "wrap" the text so it goes to the next line for printing? If I have a long worded line item it only prints what fits, the last part gets cut off.

Yes, from the action menu, select "Multi-line format" and it will show the full titles. If you prefer grid format, you will have to resize the column temporarily so its really wide.
